Newsletter:
The Chamber publishes one newsletter
each month - The Business Exchange
is issued around the end of each month. This publication is
mailed to at least 1,000 business professionals, government
leaders and local organizations, as well as other Chambers.
This is the opportunity to get your
name out in front of the people you want to target at a minimal
investment! Keeping your business "front and center"
in everyone's mind is the key.
All ads, Ad Packs, and inserts must
be paid in advance
Advertisers must provide "camera
ready" ad
Advertiser is responsible for providing
copy by the print deadline

1/2 x 11 inches, printed one side or two.
Paper supplied pre-printed by advertiser - $190.00
Inserts
are pre-printed and supplied by the advertiser.
Reservations
must be made in advance for inserts to be included in an issue
of the BUSINESS EXCHANGE.
The pre-printed
insert should be printed on colored paper and must contain
the following message printed in small type in the bottom
right corner of the page: "Supplement to Business
Exchange (Month/Year)"
If pre-printed
inserts are to be stamped by the Chamber, they must be provided
one week in advance of deadline or there will be a charge
of $50.00 for this service.
Banner size
must be one of the two examples below. If you do not
have a banner we can create one for you. For a
limited time there is no development charge
for your banner ad. You can also use your banner on
other sites if you wish. Your Banner Ad also includes
a link to your web page or web site.
On
occasion the DeLand Chamber will be looking for exclusive sponsors
for special web sections of the DeLand Chamber's Web Site. Some
of the sections currently in planning are: DeLand Parks, Fire
Safety and Child Protection. If you are interested in possibly

more info. Animated banners will not be accepted.
