EVENT OVERVIEW: This annual event brings together businesses, services and organizations, to showcase and promote their products and services to hundreds of Volusia County residents. The event is scheduled for Saturday May 10th, 2008, from lOam to 3pm, at the Club House at Victoria Gardens (Victoria Park). The event will feature exhibits, demonstrations, seminars, giveaways, and prizes. It's an opportunity for businesses not only to showcase their product or service to the public, but the event is also a networking opportunity. EXHIBITOR HOSPITALITY SPONSOR


BENEFITS:

  • Your company will host the Exhibitor Hospitality area during the event. Please prepare for
    150 (approximate investment for sponsor $600)
  • Coffee, pastries and fruit to be available to the exhibitors from 8am to 11am. Cold drinks,
    finger foods & snacks from noon until 3pm.
  • Signage provided by the sponsor may be displayed in the Hospitality Area. Sponsor
    display board provided will be provided by the Chamber.
  • A display table will be provided for your promotional materials to be made available to the exhibitors.
  • Promotional recognition as the Hospitality Sponsor will be in the Chamber newsletter and on the
    Chamber web site.
